Should I get a new car cd player with HD radio capabilities? - new hd camcorder2010 ces

I get a new car (2004 Chevy Impala SS Indy) and I have a CD again. I realized that some online HD radio tuner, but the strange thing is that they are too expensive. I have a JVC $ 160. I just want to know if it's worth a radio with CD player or HD, I have received a better CD quality with most HD radio?
